Pick-up times are from 7:00 am to 8:45 am at the lobby of all the Mayan Riviera and Playa del Carmen major hotels.

Summary:

72 HOURS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Tour includes hotel pickup at major Mayan Riviera and Playa del Carmen hotels. Rates are per person in US Dollars. Child Rate applies to ages 5 through 12. Please reserve online or call 800-250-1563 for reservations or more information. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Itinerary:

Your excursion begins with your hotel pickup. After a 1.5 hour motor coach ride, you will arrive in Xel-Ha, where you can swim, walk around or snorkel. Depart Xel-Ha at 5:00 pm to be transported back to your hotel.

Travel light, and wear a swimming suit, comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes. The walking paths are made of rocks. You do not need a towel or snorkeling equipment because they are included. You MUST use biodegradable sunblock.
